- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctors are excellent, compassionate and knowledgeable but the reception staff are abhorrent. Yesterday my 10 year daughter slipped at school and broke her ankle, the staff from school urged my wife to take her to see her doctor for advice (before we knew it was broken). The receptionist scoffed at the mere thought of a doctor taking a few moments to look at her ankle and simply said that if we were so worried about It, to take her to hospital. The receptionists have refused to arrange telephone appointments that my doctor has told me to ring up and arrange.
